Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 40-2 (Restrictions on Donation Acts)

① 조합의 임원선거의 후보자, 그 배우자 및 후보자가 속한 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ시설은 임원의 임기만료일 전 180일(보궐선거 등의 경우에는 그 선거의 실시 사유가 확정된 날)부터 그 선거일까지 선거인이나 그 가족 또는 선거인이나 그 가족이 설립ㆍ운영하고 있는 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ시설에 대하여 금전ㆍ물품 또는 그 밖의 재산상 이익의 제공, 이익 제공의 의사표시 또는 그 제공을 약속하는 행위(이하 "기부행위"라 한다)를 할 수 없다.
