산림조합법 제36조(임원의 직무)

① 조합장은 조합을 대표하며 업무를 집행한다. 다만, 조합장이 비상임인 경우에는 상임이사가 업무를 집행하고 그 업무에 관하여 조합을 대표한다.

② 조합장은 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회의 의장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 is이즈 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 delegates'델러게잇츠 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 이사(조합원이 아닌 이사는 제외한다)는 조합장 또는 상임이사(조합장이 비상임인 조합만 해당한다)가 궐위(闕位)ㆍ구금되거나 「의료법」에 따른 의료기관에 60일 이상 계속하여 입원한 경우 등의 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 이사회가 정하는 순서에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2014.3.18>

④ 감사는 조합의 재산과 업무집행상황을 감사하며, 전문적인 회계감사가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 중앙회에 회계감사를 의뢰할 수 있다.

⑤ 감사는 조합의 재산상황 또는 업무집행에 관하여 부정한 사실이 있는 것을 발견하였을 때에는 총회에 보고하여야 하며, 그 내용을 총회에 신속히 보고하여야 할 필요가 있는 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합장에게 총회의 소집을 요구하거나 총회를 소집할 수 있다.

⑥ 감사는 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회에 출석하여 그 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
