사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법 제44조의7(처리기간)

① 분쟁조정위원회는 제44조의3제3항에 따라 회부된 사건에 대하여 회부된 날부터 90일 이내에 이를 심사하여 조정안을 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 분쟁조정위원회의 의결로써 60일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2023.7.18>

② 분쟁조정위원회는 제1항 단서에 따라 기간을 연장한 경우에는 기간연장의 사유 및 그 밖의 기간연장에 관한 사항을 당사자에게 통보하여야 한다.
