사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법 제44조의11(비용의 분담)

① 분쟁조정을 위한 감정ㆍ진단ㆍ시험 등에 소요된 비용은 신청인이 이를 부담한다. 다만, 당사자 간에 이에 대한 약정이 있는 경우에는 그 약정에 따른다.
