사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제25조(사행행위영업소 이용자의 준수사항)

① 사행행위영업소를 이용하는 사람은 그 영업자에게 행정안전부령으로 정하는 지나친 사행심을 유발하는 행위 또는 선량한 풍속을 해치는 행위를 요구하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 사행행위영업소에 입장하는 사람은 영업자가 청소년인지를 확인하기 위하여 주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다) 등의 제시를 요구하거나 신분 확인을 위한 사항을 물으면 이에 협조하여야 한다. <개정 2023.12.26>
