사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제26조(영업자단체의 설립)

① 영업자등은 그 영업의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 영업의 종류별로 전국적 조직을 가지는 영업자단체(이하 "단체"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 설립되는 단체는 법인으로 한다.

③ 단체는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 지회(支會)나 분회(分會)를 둘 수 있다.

④ 단체에 관하여 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항은 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
