사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제19조(행정지도 및 시정명령 등)

① 경찰청장이나 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 공익을 위하여 필요하거나 지나친 사행심 유발의 방지 등 선량한 풍속을 유지하기 위하여 필요한 경우 영업자등에게 필요한 지도와 명령을 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

② 경찰청장이나 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 즉시 또는 기간을 정하여 영업의 시설 등을 고치거나 개선 또는 시정할 것을 명령할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
