사립학교교직원 연금법 제16조(임직원의 겸직 제한)

① 공단의 임원(비상임이사는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)과 직원은 그 직무 외에 영리를 목적으로 하는 업무에 종사하지 못한다.

② 이사장ㆍ상임이사 및 감사는 제10조에 따른 임명권자(이하 "임명권자"로 한다)의 허가 없이는 다른 직무를 겸할 수 없으며, 직원은 공단 이사장의 허가 없이는 다른 직무를 겸할 수 없다. <개정 2024.2.27>
