사립학교교직원 연금법 제12조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공단을 대표하고 업무를 총괄한다.

② 상임이사는 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 공단의 업무를 분장(分掌)하고, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관에서 정하는 순위에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 이사는 이사회에 출석하여 안건을 심의하고, 의결에 참여한다.
