사립학교교직원 연금법 제11조(임원의 임기)

① 이사장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 상임이사, 비상임이사 및 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 당연직 비상임이사의 임기는 그 재임기간으로 한다.
