뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 제12조(뿌리산업 장기근속자와 우수 숙련기술자의 선정 및 우대)

① 정부는 뿌리산업 장기근속자 및 우수 숙련기술자 중 뿌리기업에 재직하고 있는 사람을 선정하여 국외연수, 일시장려금 지급, 장학금의 지급 또는 학자금(자녀의 학자금을 포함한다)의 융자 등에 있어 우대할 수 있다. 다만, 「숙련기술장려법」등 다른 법령에 따라 장려금, 지원금 또는 융자금 등을 받고 있는 경우를 제외한다.
