비송사건절차법 제44조의5(유언신탁의 신수탁자 선임 재판)

① 「신탁법」 제21조제3항에 따라 신수탁자를 선임하는 재판을 하는 경우에는 제44조의4제1항 및 제2항을 준용한다.
