비송사건절차법 제3조(우선관할 및 이송)

관할법원이 여러 개인 경우에는 최초로 사건을 신청받은 법원이 그 사건을 관할한다. 이 경우 해당 법원은 신청에 의하여 또는 직권으로 적당하다고 인정하는 다른 관할법원에 그 사건을 이송할 수 있다.
