비송사건절차법 제29조(비용 채권자의 강제집행)

① 비용의 채권자는 비용의 재판에 의하여 강제집행을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 강제집행의 경우에는 「민사집행법」의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 집행을 하기 전에 재판서의 송달은 하지 아니한다.

③ 비용의 재판에 대한 항고가 있을 때에는 「민사소송법」 제448조 및 제500조를 준용한다.
