비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제34조(정부연습)

① 정부는 전시대비계획을 검토ㆍ보완하기 위하여 매년 정기 또는 수시로 각급 행정기관의 상호 연계하에 정부연습을 실시하되, 군사연습과 함께 실시할 수 있다. 이 경우 연습방법은 도상연습(圖上練習)과 실제연습으로 구분한다.

② 정부연습은 국무총리가 연습의 방법ㆍ기간 등을 정하여 대통령의 승인을 받아 실시명령을 발령한다.
