비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제16조(업체 비축)

① 법 제13조제2항에 따라 자원관리주관기관의 장이 중점관리대상물자의 소유자 또는 중점관리대상업체의 장에게 물자의 비축을 명할 때에는 비축물자의 품목, 규격, 수량, 비축장소 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 구체적으로 밝혀야 한다. <개정 2022.7.4>

② 제1항에 따른 명령에 따라 물자를 비축한 경우에는 제15조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "국무총리"는 "자원관리주관기관의 장"으로 본다. <개정 2022.7.4>
