① 권익위원회는 접수된 고충민원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 고충민원을 관계 행정기관등에 이송할 수 있다. 다만, 관계 행정기관등에 이송하는 것이 적절하지 아니하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 고충민원을 각하할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.16>
