부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제76조(보상위원회의 회의)

① 보상위원장은 보상위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

② 보상위원회는 보상위원장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Reward^r리워드 Committee커미티 are아 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 Reward^r리워드 Committee커미티 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 are아 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrent컨커^r런트 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 보상위원회는 포상금ㆍ보상금ㆍ구조금의 지급에 관한 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 포상금 지급대상자, 보상금ㆍ구조금 신청인 또는 이해관계인, 그 포상금ㆍ보상금ㆍ구조금의 지급과 관련된 기관의 공직자, 조사기관의 담당자를 보상위원회에 출석하게 하거나 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2019.10.15>

④ 보상위원회 위원의 제척ㆍ기피 및 회피에 관하여는 법 제18조의 규정을 준용한다.
