① 보상위원회 위원장(이하 "보상위원장"이라 한다)은 보상위원회의 업무를 통할하고, 보상위원회를 대표한다. <개정 2019.10.15>

② 보상위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 보상위원장이 지명한 보상위원회 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
