부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제67조의2(체불된 보수 등의 지급기준 등)

① 법 제62조의3제1항제2호에 따른 보수 등은 「소득세법」 제20조제1항에 따른 근로소득으로 하고, 이자는 「근로기준법」 제37조에 따른 지연이자로 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 보수 등 및 이자의 산정기간은 차별 지급되거나 체불(滯拂)된 날부터 법 제62조의3제1항에 따른 위원회의 결정일까지로 한다.
