Act on the Management and Fostering of the Real Estate Development Business, Article 34 (Delegation and entrustment of authority)

① 국토교통부장관은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소속기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.5.19, 2013.3.23>
