보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률 제33조(취업지원 대상자 등)

① 취업지원을 받을 수 있는 사람(이하 "취업지원 대상자"라 한다)은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 취업지원 대상자는 제37조 및 제41조에 따른 취업지원과 관련하여 제37조제2항에 따라 채용되는 횟수와 제41조에 따라 고용되는 횟수를 합하여 대통령령으로 정하는 횟수 이내에서 취업지원을 받을 수 있다.
