보안관찰법 제17조(보안관찰처분의 집행)

①보안관찰처분의 집행은 검사가 지휘한다.

②제1항의 지휘는 결정서등본을 첨부한 서면으로 하여야 한다.

③검사는 피보안관찰자가 도주하거나 1월 이상 그 소재가 불명한 때에는 보안관찰처분의 집행중지결정을 할 수 있다. 그 사유가 소멸된 때에는 지체없이 그 결정을 취소하여야 한다.
