병역법 제69조의2(병역처분사항 등의 통보)

① 병무청장은 병역의무자의 병역처분사항(변경처분사항을 포함한다. 이하 같다)과 입영ㆍ전역 또는 소집해제 등 주민등록표의 정리에 필요한 신상변동사항에 관한 자료를 행정안전부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따라 통보하는 자료의 내용ㆍ범위 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
