병역법 시행령 제73조(병역지정업체의 선정 추천 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Military Service Act, Article 73 (Recommendation for Selection, etc. of Designated Military Service Companies)

① 연구기관 또는 업체의 장(법인의 경우에는 그 대표자를 말한다. 이하 같다)은 법 제36조제1항에 따른 병역지정업체(연구기관의 경우에는 연구소 또는 연구분소, 공업 분야의 기간산업체 또는 방위산업체의 경우에는 공장 또는 사업장, 그 외의 분야는 업체를 말한다. 이하 같다)로 선정받으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 추천을 받아야 한다. <개정 2011.6.24, 2013.3.23, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

② 병역지정업체로 선정받으려는 연구기관 또는 업체의 장은 병역지정업체 선정원서(전자문서로 된 원서를 포함한다)에 구비서류를 첨부하여 매년 6월 30일까지 제1항에 따른 병역지정업체의 선정 추천권자(이하 "병역지정업체선정추천권자"라 한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 중소기업의 부설 연구기관의 장은 매년 1월 31일 및 6월 30일까지 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2013.5.31, 2016.11.29>

③ 제2항에 따라 병역지정업체 선정원서를 제출받은 병역지정업체선정추천권자는 제72조에 따른 선정기준에 해당되는 연구기관 또는 업체만을 대상으로 병역지정업체 선정 추천 명부를 작성하여 매년 7월 31일까지(중소기업의 부설 연구기관의 장이 매년 1월 31일까지 병역지정업체 선정원서를 제출하는 경우에는 매년 2월 말일까지) 병무청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.5.31, 2016.11.29>
