병역법 시행령 제14조(심리검사 및 적성 분류 등)

① 법 제11조제3항에 따른 심리검사의 방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 병무청장이 정한다. <개정 2018.5.28>

② 법 제13조제1항에 따른 적성은 건축ㆍ토목, 전기, 전자ㆍ통신ㆍ전산, 중장비운전, 수송장비정비, 차량운전, 화학, 기계, 항공, 의무, 요리 및 공통으로 분류ㆍ결정하되, 분류ㆍ결정의 기준은 병무청장이 정한다.
