벌금 미납자의 사회봉사 집행에 관한 특례법 시행령 제10조(집행기간의 연장)

① 보호관찰관은 법 제11조 단서에 따라 사회봉사의 집행기간을 연장하려는 경우에는 그 집행기간이 끝나기 10일 전까지 관할 지방공소청의 검사에게 서면으로 사회봉사 집행기간의 연장허가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2026.9.29>

② 검사는 제1항의 신청을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 사회봉사 집행기간의 연장 여부를 결정하여야 한다.
