백두대간 보호에 관한 법률 제16조(관계 기관의 협조)

기후에너지환경부장관과 산림청장은 이 법의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장에게 필요한 시책을 마련하거나 조치를 할 것을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
