방송통신발전 기본법 제39조의2(방송통신재난관리책임자의 지정 등)

① 주요방송통신사업자는 제36조에 따른 방송통신재난관리계획의 수립ㆍ변경, 제36조의2에 따른 방송통신재난관리계획의 이행, 제37조에 따른 방송통신재난의 대비 및 제38조ㆍ제39조제4항에 따른 보고 업무를 담당하도록 하기 위하여 방송통신재난관리책임자를 지정하여야 한다.

② 전년도 전기통신역무(「전기통신사업법」 제2조제6호에 따른 전기통신역무를 말한다) 매출액 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준 이상인 주요통신사업자는 통신재난관리 전담부서 또는 전담인력을 운용하여야 한다. <신설 2021.6.8>
