방송미디어통신위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(심의위원회의 심의대상 정보 등)

① 법 제22조제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 정보"란 정보통신망을 통하여 유통되는 정보 중 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제41조제1항에 따른 청소년유해정보 및 같은 법 제44조의7에 따른 불법정보 등 심의가 필요하다고 인정되는 정보를 말한다.

② 법 제22조제4호에 따른 시정요구의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제3호에 따른 정보통신서비스 제공자 또는 같은 항 제9호에 따른 게시판을 관리ㆍ운영하는 자는 제2항에 따른 시정요구를 받은 경우에는 그 조치결과를 심의위원회에 지체 없이 통보해야 한다.
