방송미디어통신위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(특별위원회)

① 위원회는 법 제15조제1항에 따라 위원회로부터 위임받은 사무의 효율적 수행을 위하여 위원회에 특별위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 특별위원회(이하 이 조에서 "특별위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 특별위원회 위원의 임기는 특별위원회가 존속하는 기간으로 한다.

④ 특별위원회 위원의 위촉과 특별위원회 위원장의 지명 및 그 밖에 특별위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 관하여는 제4조제3항ㆍ제5항 및 제6항을 준용한다.
