발명진흥법 제42조(조정부)

위원회는 분쟁 조정 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 위원회에 3명 이내의 위원으로 구성된 조정부(調停部)를 두되, 조정부의 위원 중 1명은 변호사 또는 변리사의 자격이 있는 자이어야 한다. <개정 2010.6.8, 2020.2.4>
