발명진흥법 제12조(직무발명 완성사실의 통지)

종업원등이 직무발명을 완성한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 사용자등에게 서면(「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제2조제1호에 따른 전자문서를 포함한다. 이하 같다)으로 알려야 한다. 2명 이상의 종업원등이 공동으로 직무발명을 완성한 경우에는 공동으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2022.11.15>
