민사소송 등 인지법 제7조(화해신청서 등)

① 화해신청서에는 제2조에 따른 금액의 5분의 1에 해당하는 인지를 붙여야 한다.

② 지급명령신청서에는 제2조에 따른 금액의 10분의 1에 해당하는 인지를 붙여야 한다.

(2) Stamps스탬프스 equivalent이퀴^v벌런트 to투 one원 tenth텐^θ스 of어^v브 the^ð디 amount어마운트 under언더 Article아터클 2 shall섈 be비 affixed어^f픽스트 to투 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 a어 payment페이먼트 order.오더

③ 「민사소송법」 제388조 또는 제472조에 따라 화해 또는 지급명령 신청을 한 때에 소가 제기된 것으로 보는 경우에는 해당 신청인은 소를 제기할 때 소장에 붙여야 할 인지액에서 해당 신청서에 붙인 인지액을 뺀 금액에 해당하는 인지를 보정(補正)하여야 한다.

④ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 인지액에 관하여는 제2조제2항을 준용한다.
