민법 제925조의3(부모의 권리와 의무)

제924조와 제924조의2, 제925조에 따라 친권의 상실, 일시 정지, 일부 제한 또는 대리권과 재산관리권의 상실이 선고된 경우에도 부모의 자녀에 대한 그 밖의 권리와 의무는 변경되지 아니한다.
