민법 제926조(실권 회복의 선고)

가정법원은 제924조, 제924조의2 또는 제925조에 따른 선고의 원인이 소멸된 경우에는 본인, 자녀, 자녀의 친족, 검사 또는 지방자치단체의 장의 청구에 의하여 실권(失權)의 회복을 선고할 수 있다.
