① 법 제20조제2항제1호다목에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 산림보호시설"이란 「산림보호법」 제13조제1항에 따라 지정된 보호수 및 「야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률」에 따른 야생생물의 보전ㆍ관리를 위한 시설을 말한다. <개정 2012.7.31>
