Act on the Promotion of Civilian-Military Technology Cooperation Projects, Article 9 (Civilian-Military Specification Standardization Projects)

① 정부는 민ㆍ군규격표준화사업을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 추진한다. <개정 2013.8.6>

② 방위사업청장은 민ㆍ군규격표준화사업의 추진 결과 민수규격을 제정하거나 개정할 필요가 있다고 인정하면 관계 행정기관의 장에게 이를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6>
