민ㆍ군기술협력사업 촉진법 제2조(정의)

1. "민ㆍ군기술협력사업"이란 군사 부문(이하 "군"이라 한다)과 비군사 부문(이하 "민"이라 한다)에서 공통으로 활용되는 기술의 개발ㆍ이전, 규격 표준화 및 기술정보 교류 등을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 정부가 제3조제1항에 따라 추진하는 사업을 말한다.
