Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 69-3 (Establishment of Overseas Cultural Heritage Foundation)

① 국외소재문화유산의 현황 및 반출 경위 등에 대한 조사ㆍ연구, 국외소재문화유산 환수ㆍ활용과 관련한 각종 전략ㆍ정책 연구 등 국외소재문화유산과 관련한 각종 사업을 종합적ㆍ체계적으로 수행하기 위하여 국가유산청 산하에 국외소재문화유산재단(이하 "국외문화유산재단"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2020.12.22, 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

④ 국외문화유산재단에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
