국유문화유산을 국가유산청장이 관리하기 위하여 소속을 달리하는 회계로부터 관리전환을 받을 때에는 「국유재산법」 제17조에도 불구하고 무상으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>
