문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제12조(건설공사 시의 문화유산 보호)

건설공사로 인하여 문화유산이 훼손, 멸실 또는 수몰(水沒)될 우려가 있거나 그 밖에 문화유산의 역사문화환경 보호를 위하여 필요한 때에는 그 건설공사의 시행자는 국가유산청장의 지시에 따라 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 조치에 필요한 경비는 그 건설공사의 시행자가 부담한다. <개정 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>
