문화예술진흥법 제31조(위원회의 회의 등)

①위원회의 회의는 위원장이나 재적 위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구로 소집한다. <개정 2011.5.25>

②위원회의 회의는 재적 위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2011.5.25>

(2) Resolutions^r레절루션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈

③위원회(제32조에 따른 소위원회를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 회의는 공개한다. 다만, 위원회가 필요하다고 인정하여 의결한 경우(문화예술진흥기금 지원을 위한 회의는 공개하면 제3자의 명예를 손상시킬 우려가 있다고 의결한 경우만을 말한다)에는 공개하지 아니한다.

④위원회는 위원회의 규정에 따라 회의록을 작성하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 minutes미닛츠 of어^v브 meetings미팅즈 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 regulations^r레귤레이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council.카운슬
