문화예술진흥법 제32조(소위원회)

①위원회는 제30조제1항 각 호에 규정된 직무를 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 소위원회를 구성하여 운영할 수 있다.

②소위원회는 위원회의 위원장이 지명하는 1명 이상의 위원을 포함하여 해당 분야 전문가 중에서 위원장이 위원회의 동의를 받아 위촉하는 자로 구성한다.

③소위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 규정으로 정한다.

(3) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 composition캄퍼지션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 subcommittees서브커미티즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð더 regulations^r레귤레이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council.카운슬
