Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Preservation and Promotion of Intangible Heritage, Article 36 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Unique Identification Information)

국가유산청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제18조제2호의 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보(제2호부터 제5호까지의 사무로 한정한다), 같은 영 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2020.11.3, 2024.5.7, 2025.5.20>
