무인도서의 보전 및 관리에 관한 법률 제30조(한국무인도서보전협회의 설립)

① 무인도서의 보전과 관리에 관한 정책ㆍ제도의 조사ㆍ연구 및 교육ㆍ홍보 등의 사업을 하기 위하여 한국무인도서보전협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 둘 수 있다.

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회의 사업에 사용되는 경비는 회비, 사업수입금 등으로 충당하며, 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 소요경비의 일부를 예산의 범위 안에서 지원할 수 있다.

④ 협회의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

⑤ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항은 「민법」중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
