말산업 육성법 제12조(말산업 관련 자격의 시험ㆍ자격부여 등)

① 말조련사, 장제사 또는 재활승마지도사가 되려는 사람은 농림축산식품부장관이 실시하는 자격시험에 합격하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 말조련사, 장제사 및 재활승마지도사는 다른 사람에게 그 명의를 사용하게 하거나 다른 사람에게 그 자격증을 대여하여서는 아니 된다.

(2) A어 horse호스 trainer,트^r레이너 farrier^f페^r리어 or오 therapeutic^θ쎄^r러퓨틱 riding^r라이딩 instructor인스트^r럭터 shall섈 not낫 allow얼라우 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 to투 use유스 his히즈 or오 her허 name네임 or오 lend렌드 his히즈 or오 her허 certificate서티^f피컷 to투 another어너^ð더 person.퍼슨

③ 누구든지 말조련사, 장제사 또는 재활승마지도사의 자격을 취득하지 아니하고 그 명의를 사용하거나 자격증을 대여받아서는 아니 되며, 명의의 사용이나 자격증의 대여를 알선하여서도 아니 된다.

(3) No노우 one원 shall섈 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 of어^v브 a어 horse호스 trainer,트^r레이너 farrier^f페^r리어 or오 therapeutic^θ쎄^r러퓨틱 riding^r라이딩 instructor,인스트^r럭터 or오 borrow바^r로우 a어 certificate,서티^f피컷 without위^ð다웃 acquiring어콰이^r링 the^ð더 qualification,콸러^f퍼케이션 and앤드 no노우 one원 shall섈 broker브^r로우커 the^ð더 use유스 of어^v브 a어 name네임 or오 the^ð더 lending렌딩 of어^v브 a어 certificate.서티^f피컷

④ 말조련사, 장제사 및 재활승마지도사 자격시험의 응시자격, 시험과목, 시험방법, 합격기준, 등급의 구분 및 자격증 발급 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
