마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제74조(절차의 취소)

① 검사는 공조요청을 철회하는 취지의 통지가 있을 때에는 지체 없이 심사청구, 몰수보전청구 또는 추징보전청구를 취소하거나 몰수보전명령 또는 추징보전명령의 취소를 청구하여야 한다.
