마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제10조(선동 등)

마약류범죄(제9조 및 이 조의 범죄는 제외한다), 제7조 또는 제8조의 범죄의 실행 또는 마약류의 남용을 공연히 선동하거나 권유한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
