Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., Article 20-6 (Honorary Narcotics Guidance Officers)

① 법 제51조의5제1항에 따라 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 마약류 명예지도원을 두려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 위촉해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2024.1.30>
